PURPOSE: A waterproof rubber sheet is provided to maintain the safety for weather temperature change and to apply a construction method using a general and powerful adhesive, to prevent defects and to be semi-permanent.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a waterproof rubber sheet comprises the steps of: grinding waste tire to 40~45 m/m diameter to obtain a ground tire rubber(GTR); adding the 30 parts by weight of ground tire rubber to 70 parts by weight of a synthetic material such as latex, ethylene vinyl acetate and then blending the mixture; mixing and drying the mixture at 80 °C; and manufacturing the mixture to a sheet of predetermined size.
