PURPOSE: A device for a lumbar exercise is provided to enable anyone to exercise according to a body and a use, to reduce a risk of a barrier to the exercise, and to enable a user having the lumbar vertebra pain to conveniently exercise without much time.;CONSTITUTION: A device for a lumber exercise comprises: a main body(20) which includes a rotatable helical axis by installing a platform(22) on the upper side of a mobile base(10); a helical axis and the backrest(30) which is installed to move up and downs on the main body and spirally engages with the helical axis; a footrest(50) which is extended on one end of the base and performs a tilting movement of a stage; and an operation panel(60) which is rotatably installed on one side of the backrest and controls the backrest and the footrest in a fixed condition.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
