PURPOSE: A method and a transmitter for modifying a beam-forming vector iteratively are provided to update a beam-forming vector by using feedback information.;CONSTITUTION: A feedback receiving module(151) receives feedback information from a receiver, and a vector determining module(141) combines a first vector for first beam-forming with a second vector for second beam-forming. The vector determination module determines a beam-foaming vector.
