PURPOSE: A service function managing system of a terminal device and a method for managing a service function of a terminal device are provided to dynamically change or reconfigure a service function of the terminal device.;CONSTITUTION: A directory service server(200) interfaces service function management among terminal devices(100a~100n). One or more terminal devices request searching about a fixed service function to another terminal device through directory service server. The terminal device searches a service node corresponding to the service function based on each service node information.
