PURPOSE: An electronic commerce apparatus using an entertainer brand and a method thereof are provided to use an entertainer brand along with the image of an entertainer, thereby providing a dynamic promotion with an entertainer for a product.;CONSTITUTION: A main server comprises the following units. An entertainer brand management unit(321) generates entertainer brands. A product management unit(322) classifies a plurality of products according to each entertainer brand. A product selling unit(323) processes a payment according to a buying request. The product selling unit calculates sales based on the selling price of the paid products.
