PURPOSE: An electrochemical micro-cell is provided to output electrochemical and spectroscopic data with high reliability by increasing electrochemical and spectroscopic sensitivity and to reduce radioactive wastes. CONSTITUTION: An electrochemical micro-cell(100) with a diameter of 1-20 mm comprises a working electrode(300) and a counter electrode(400) which are formed by coating a metal thin film inside a quartz tube using an electroless plating, a molten salt medium(500), and a reference electrode(200). The metal used for metal thin film is selected from the group consisting of molybdenum, iron, nickel, chrome, platinum, tungsten, titanium, iridium, rhodium, zirconium, palladium, tin, gold and their alloy.
