METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A CARBON NANOTUBE COMPOSITE MATERIAL, SOLAR CELL USING THE CARBON NANOTUBE COMPOSITE MATERIAL, AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, WHICH ATTACHES NANOPARTICLES TO THE CARBON NANOTUBE BY DISPERSING OXIDIZED CARBON NANOTUBE IN METAL COMPOUND SOLUTION
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a carbon nanotube composite material and a solar cell using the carbon nanotube composite material are provided to remarkably reduce production costs without a separate process for manufacturing nanoparticles and to simplify a structure of the solar cell due to the carbon nanotube composite material playing a role of an electron transport layer.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a carbon nanotube composite material comprises the following steps; a step(S110) dissolving the carbon nanotube in nitric acid solution and heating the solution; a step(S120) extracting the carbon nanotube and drying the carbon nanotube; a step(S130) forming a first solution by dissolving the dried carbon nanotube in DMF; a step(S140) forming a second solution by dissolving metal acetate dehydrate in the DMF; a step(S150) forming a mixture by mixing the first solution and the second solution; and a step(S160) forming the carbon nanotube in which the nanoparticles are attached by heating the mixture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
