PURPOSE: An optical measurement application early diagnosis system and a method thereof are provided to measure maximum fluorescence intensity according to the progressing state of the oral cancer by controlling space between the cross section of an optical fiber sensor and an oral cancer.;CONSTITUTION: A lamp(101) emits light by using inert gas. A light collecting module(110) transfers light emitted from the lamp. An optic fiber sensor(120) irradiates the transmitted light to the diagnostic object body part and detects light emitted from the diagnostic object body part. A monochromator(130) splits a plurality of lights detected from the optic fiber sensor. A photo sensing device generates an electric signal corresponding to each light split from the monochromator.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
