PURPOSE: A member identification method which tighten the security of member information provided to a contents provider and a system thereof are provided to minimize the amount of information transceived between a member information management server and an external server. CONSTITUTION: A contents server receives encrypted member information from a client(S410). The contents server transmits the received member information into a member server(S420). The contents server transmits together identification information of the contents server. The contents server receives member identification information about the member information from the member server(S430). The contents server stores the member identification information(S440).
