PURPOSE: An evaluation system and a method to obtain ratio error and a displacement error of a current transformer are provided to improve the reliability by measuring a factor related to a ration error and a phase error of a current transformer.;CONSTITUTION: A current transformer(30) to be measured supplies an identical current to a current supplied to a primary side of a reference current transformer. A current comparator(40) compares a secondary current of the reference current transformer and the current transformer to be measured and outputs a ratio error and a phase error.
