PURPOSE: An access code based link system and a method for bidirectional time division marketing with a mobile device returning channel are provided to interactively advertise an existing single directional media, thereby maximizing advertising effect.;CONSTITUTION: An access code(100) is provided to broadcast, newspaper, and internet advertisement. A user generates feedback information by a user access device such as an SMS(Short Message Service) server, a messenger server, a mobile server, and an internet server through the access code of a mobile device.
