摘要

PURPOSE: A glass antenna design method is provided to efficiently design a glass antenna with desired performance regardless of the size/shape of the glass by connecting an EM simulator tool and an optimization algorithm.;CONSTITUTION: In order that simulation of a glass antenna through EM(Engineering Model) simulator, the location of glass equivalent coding condition and power feed unit is controlled(S11). The mesh number of a vehicle structure is changed into the number suitable to apply an optimization algorithm. According to the kind of a vehicle and glass size/shape, a suitable initial prototype is decided(S12). By connecting the EM simulator and the optimization algorithm, the performance of the glass antenna is optimized(S20).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
