PURPOSE: A radio frequency identification system for controlling the output of power of a radio frequency signal according to humidity, and a control method in the same are provided to maintain and change the recognition distance of an RF signal efficiently according to the physical amount by determining the output of the RF signal based on the measure physical amount. CONSTITUTION: An RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) system includes a sensor unit, a control unit(120) and an RFID reader unit(200). The RFID reader unit comprises an output control unit(201) and an RF signal transmitter(202). Based on the output information of the control unit, the output control unit controls the output of the RF signal. The RF signal transmitter transmits the RF signal at a controlled output. Based on the physical amount of the sensor unit, the output of the RF signal is determined by the control unit.
