PURPOSE: A system for hybrid telematics network and a method for message scheduling of the same are provided to classify the information collected from a behavior information collection unit into at least one group in order to select the classified information according to a certain standard.;CONSTITUTION: A hybrid telematics network system includes a mobile information collection unit(100), a node(200) and a central server(300). At least one information collection unit collects the mobility related information(S501), and at least one node receives the collected mobility related information(S520). The central server classifies the mobile related information into at least one group, wherein the mobility related information is received from at least one node(S530,S540).
