PURPOSE: An integrated online solution system for solving hardships faced by companies is provided to support companies facing hardships by cooperating with the central or local government through the integrated online solution system.;CONSTITUTION: A hardship receiving/solving server(400) registered the hardships faced by companies received from an applicant terminal(100). The hardship receiving/solving server classifies the registered hardships as described above into different cases. The hardship receiving/solving server informs the cases to the corresponding government department. The hardship receiving/solving server receives the processing status or the result of the corresponding hardship processing from the department. The hardship receiving/solving server transmits the processing status or the result of the hardships to the applicant terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
