A method of realizing to play ring as well as system, and related device are provided, which belong to the communication service Tech-field. The color-ring playing method which is provided by the present solution includes: color-sing center receiving the calling request of the calling users; obtaining the group ID from the group management unit which matches the normal criterion, according to the group ID, obtaining the color-ring of the calling users, and playing. The color-ring tone playing method which is provided by the present solution includes: color-ring tone center receiving the calling request of the calling users; obtaining the group ID from the group management unit which matches the normal criterion, according to the group ID, obtaining the color-ring tone of the calling users, and playing. The corresponding system and device are provided, too.
