PURPOSE: An integrated lithium recovery device for preparation of ion-sieve type manganese oxide and adsorption/desorption processing of lithium ion, a lithium recovery method using the same, and a lithium adsorption/desorption system using the same are provided to simultaneously adsorb lithium ion in seawater and desorb the lithium ion to collect. CONSTITUTION: An integrated lithium recovery device(200) comprises a reaction part(22), a feed part(21), a recovery part(23), and a discharge part(24). The reaction part comprises lithium manganese oxide to produce manganese oxide, and adsorbs and desorbs lithium ion in seawater. The feed part provides acid solution to the reaction part and supplies seawater to the reaction part to carry out an adsorption process of lithium ion dissolved in the seawater. The recovery part collects the lithium desorbed from the reaction part. The discharge part discharges the seawater from the reaction part after the adsorption and desorption of lithium ion.
