摘要

PURPOSE: A hot-rolled ferrite stainless steel sheet with excellent surface quality and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce cracks on a hot-rolled steel sheet and to improve the surface quality of the hot-rolled steel sheet by increasing the transition resistivity of the crack.;CONSTITUTION: A hot-rolled ferrite stainless steel sheet with excellent surface quality is composed of C 0.02~0.12 weight%, Si 1.0 weight% or less, Mn 1.0 weight% or less, P 0.04 weight% or less, S 0.03weight% or less, Cr 15.0~17.0 weight%, Ni 0.5weight% or less, N 0.02~0.07 weight%, Cu 0.5weight% or less, Al 0.04~0.20 weight%, Nb 0.05 weight% or less, Ti 0.05 weight% or less, and the rest consisting of Fe and impurities.
