PURPOSE: An elevator using a swedish balance is provided to supply the driving power of the rising movement or the falling movement of an elevator cage, for itself.;CONSTITUTION: An elevator using a swedish balance comprises an elevator cage(1), a load detecting unit, a transmission cable(12), a gear amplifying device(3), a swedish balance(4), a load converter and a weight(10). To one side of the swedish balance, the gear device and the elevator cage are connected through a rope. At the other side of the swedish balance, the gear device and the weight are connected to the balance weight of the swedish balance through a rope. The load of a passenger is measured by the load detecting unit installed at a cage foothold. The load of the passenger in the elevator cage is delivered to the swedish balance so that the cage and the weight maintain the balance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
