PURPOSE: A valve changing system without suspension of water supply in a waterworks pipe line having a head rubber is provided to minimize water leakage when replacing the waste water discharge pipe valve of a waterworks pipe line.;CONSTITUTION: A valve changing system without suspension of water supply comprises a cut-off plate(103), a slider guide(102), a shaft(107), a cylinder(105), a fixing plate(109), and an elastic member. The slider guide is hinge-combined with the cut-off plates. The shaft is hinge-coupled in one side of slider guides and move back and forth. The cylinder moves the shaft back and forth. The fixing plate is fixed to the cylinder. The elastic member covers up the outside of the cut-off plate. The cut-off plate moves in the slider guide horizontal direction and columnar direction, according to the back and forth movement of the shaft.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
