PURPOSE: A specimen mounting and fetching device is provided to perform a safe and efficient impact test and to reduce the risk of neglect accident of a worker.;CONSTITUTION: A specimen mounting and fetching device comprises a rotating shaft(20), a driving part(30), a rotating member(40), and a guide member(50). The rotating shaft is arranged between a specimen mounting location and an impact test location. The driving part is connected to one side of the rotating shaft and is driven with the power delivered from outside. The driving part transfers the rotation power to the rotating shaft. The rotating member is connected to the rotating shaft. The rotating member moves according to the driving of the rotating shaft and rotates between the specimen mounting location and the impact test location.
