PURPOSE: A financial transaction card issuing method using internet for easily issuing a financial transaction card through internet is provided to reduce uneasiness about information leakage by transmitting and receiving financial institute.;CONSTITUTION: An issuing server of a financial facility transfers an authentication number to a client(S12). A download server stores card information and an authentication number in database(S16). If the finance trade card download request is receipted, the internet access terminal is connected to the download server(S30). The card information is transmitted to the public internet link unit.
