PURPOSE: A linear heating method and system considering initial imposed deformation are provided to manufacture a steel sheet in a short time while producing less heating wires.;CONSTITUTION: A linear heating method considering initial imposed deformation comprises the steps of: measuring the currently processed steel sheet, inputting the designed profile and the measured profile of the steel sheet(S510), calculating the restriction and deformation position of the steel sheet(S530), calculating the angle variation of the steel sheet according to the restriction portion(S540), calculating the position and strength of heating wires of the steel sheet according to the calculated angle variation(S550), and forming a curved surface according to the calculated position and strength of the heating wires(S560).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
