PURPOSE: A polynucleotide which is able to over-express dopamine D2 receptor and a transformant are provided to use in developing a novel drug by targeting dopamine receptor D2.;CONSTITUTION: A polynucletodie which is able to over-express dopamine D2 receptor comprises a nucleotide of sequence number 2. A mammalian cell expression vector comprises a polynucleotide of sequence number 2. A transformant is produced by transducing the polynucleotide of sequence number 2 to a host cell. The host cell is BHK(baby hamster kidney cell), CHO(Chinese hamster ovary) cell, mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, human embryonic kidney cell, and myeloma cell.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
