PURPOSE: A switching device for opening and closing a heat-retaining cover of a plastic greenhouse is provided to arbitrary adjust driving time of a motor for a user to cover or open a heat-retaining cover, and to correctly the cover the plastic greenhouse with a motor. CONSTITUTION: A switch driving gear(1) is installed on an output shaft(310) of a motor(300) connected to a drive pipe. A heat-retaining cover is opened and closed by power supplied by the motor. An opening and an closing switches(23,24) are installed on one side of the motor. A switching unit is combined to a switch drive gear to operate the switches. A switch gear is formed to operate a switch lever with rotation of a deceleration unit. A control lever is installed to change a direction of a switching protrusion formed on the switch gear.
