PURPOSE: A method for relaying questions and answers and the scene of opening of bids in real time is provided to input an opening result of bids in real time to relay the inputted opening result and enable a user to ask a question about an object and get an answer for the question.;CONSTITUTION: Bidding outline information is obtained from a bid outline information DB(S100). Screen arrangement information of a real-time Q&A is obtained(S120). Opening information of bids and auction court site special report information are received in a bidding court. The received opening information of bids and auction court site special report information are matched(S140).
