PURPOSE: An exhaust gas processing device in a soil restoration process and an exhaust gas processing method thereof are provided to effectively process contaminants and to improve economical efficiency of the contaminants. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas processing device in a soil restoration process processes exhaust gas including one or more contaminants of a volatile chlorine-based or a volatile oil-based produced in the soil restoration process and uses a reactor(400) including a suspension oxide reactor of soil minerals containing iron. The reactor further includes a filter for removing particles included in the exhaust gas. An aerator is made of a glass filter material. A port for sampling contaminants is equipped on an injection part and a discharge part of the reactor.
