CHINESE PINYIN INPUT DEVICE USING TWELVE KEYS, AND A METHOD THEREOF, PARTICULARLY PROPER TO TYPING WITH BOTH HANDS BY ARRANGING CONSONANTS AND VOWELS AT LEFT AND RIGHT POSITIONS

PURPOSE: A Chinese pinyin input device using twelve keys, and a method thereof are provided to avoid the collision of consonants and vowels by properly classifying and arranging the consonants and the vowels.;CONSTITUTION: Combination codes comprise consonants values corresponding to consonant keys and vowel values corresponding to vowels keys. The combination codes are stored at a code table by corresponding to the pinyin codes. If the inputted values correspond to the consonants key and the key value previously inputted keys correspond to the vowel keys, a controller(1) confirms the input of the pinyin codes depending on the combination codes previously inputted. The controller searches the inputted key values as the first new letter, and inputs the pinyin codes corresponding to the searched key values.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
