PURPOSE: A method for inducing dopaminergic neuron through Nurr1 mutant is provided to ensure toxicity resistance and to improve in vitro and in vivo cell viability.;CONSTITUTION: A dopaminergic neuron is induced by mutating Akt-phosphorylation site of Nurr1 protein to prepare Nurr1 mutant with significantly reduced Akt-phosphorylation and introducing a gene from neuron precursor cells in vitro. The Akt-phosphorylation site is placed at Ser 347 and site corresponding to Ser 347. The mutant at the Akt-phosphorylation site is induced with an amino acid residue of Ala, Gly, Thr or Met of site 347.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
