PURPOSE: A method of assembling a chinese pancake press is provided to prevent a handle from becoming separated from the press by the enhanced production speed of a chinese pancake press and the omission of an electric welding process even the press is used for a long time.;CONSTITUTION: A method of assembling a chinese pancake press is as follows. A hole is pierced through the center of the Chinese pancake press plate(2). A groove is dug on the top of the head of a fan bolt(3).
