PURPOSE: A memory circuit, a system, and an interleaving access method are provided to trigger the transition of a read column selection signal for accessing a memory cell by activating a local control circuit.;CONSTITUTION: A first memory bank(110a) is connected to a first word line and a first bit line. The first memory bank comprises at least one first memory cell to store charges that represents a first datum. A first local control circuit(120a) is connected to the first memory bank. A second memory bank(110b) connects a second word line and a second bit line. The second memory bank includes at least one second memory cell to store charges which represents a second datum. A second local control circuit(120b) is connected to the second memory bank. An IO block(140) is connected to the first memory bank and the second memory bank.
