PURPOSE: An expert answer system using a human network and a method thereof are provided to arrange answers from high intimacy between a questioner and a respondent or high reliability for special field knowledge of the answerer to low intimacy and low reliability, thereby enabling the questioner to quickly and accurately check an answer.;CONSTITUTION: A controller(530) of a server comprises the following units. If a question is provided from a questioner terminal, a search module(531) searches a user terminal related to a special field corresponding to the question. A question providing module(533) provides the question to the searched user terminal.
