PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing nano-sized inorganic phosphors using electron irradiation is provided to manufactured the organic phosphors of high purity and high crystalline by irradiating electron ray to a slurry comprising an inorganic phosphor precursor.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing nano-sized inorganic phosphors using electron irradiation comprises the following steps: mixing compounds including elements of the inorganic phosphors; dissolving a precursor mixture and manufacturing the slurry of an inorganic phosphor precursor; coating the slurry on a substrate which is selected from a silicon substrate, a silicon carbide substrate, a glass substrate, a ceramic substrate, and a resin film substrate; and irradiating electron ray to the slurry.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
