PURPOSE: A system and a method for conveniently applying a credit card are provided to enable a user to apply consultation about a credit card product which the user wants to issue, thereby reducing resistance of a user due to a spam message.;CONSTITUTION: A message manager(210) receives a text message. An extractor checks message content by analyzing the received text message. The extractor extracts information requesting an event participation of a user form the checked message content. Based on the extracted information requesting an event participation, an approval processor(240) processes to examine a credit rating of a user.
