PURPOSE: A testing device and method of a vehicle landing gear is provided to reduce time and costs for testing by performs the test of a vehicle landing gear, which presently relies on overseas companies, by a local company.;CONSTITUTION: A testing device and method of a vehicle landing gear comprises an outer frame(6), a central frame(7), an oil-hydraulic circuit(12), a hook system(8) and a measuring system(16). The outer frame supports a falling testing device. The central frame is connected in order to vertically move at an outer frame. The oil-hydraulic circuit performs the up and down movement of the central frame.
