PURPOSE: An approaching device is provided to reduce a chopstick phenomenon by completely performing a laparoscope operation procedure through a port for a surgical procedure.;CONSTITUTION: An organization retractor(1000) comprises a flexible member(1100) having an inner surface forming an outer surface and a path for uniting with a body cut-out. An inserted body(2000) is supported inside a path formed by the flexible member. The inserted body comprises at least one instrument opening. The inserted body comprises an outer surface having the size and shape for the deformation of the flexible member so that a part of the path have a predetermined size and shape.
