PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing nano metal powder having high dispersion stability in polymer containing solution, resin composition comprising the metal powder and a surface-treating steel sheet using the resin composition are provided to enable a surface-treating steel sheet of a high function with high corrosion resistance and electric conductivity to be manufactured.;CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing nano metal powder having high dispersion stability is as follows. The silane coupling-polymer compound is formed by the condensing and polymerizing of silane coupling agent and polymer. The silane coupling-polymer compound is dissolved to form the silane coupling-polymer solution. The metal powder is added to the coupling-polymer solution and the polymer is derived to the surface of the metal particle through the silane coupling agent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
