PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to maximize the heat exchange efficiency since a heat radiating pipe is made with a minimum thickness at which the fluid pressure can be born.;CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger(1) comprises a body(3), a heat radiating pipe(2), and a heat radiating fin(4). The heat radiating fin is installed between the outer surface of the heat radiating pipe and a neighboring heat radiating pipe. After a connector(5) is connected to both ends of the heat radiating pipe and the heat radiating pipe is inserted into a mold, the body is injection-molded so that the heat radiating pipe is formed integrally with the body. In the injection-molding, the heat radiating fin(7) is formed with the body and is fixed between the heat radiating pipe and a neighboring heat radiating pipe. The body is formed from the synthetic resin and the heat radiating pipe and the heat radiating fin are formed from one of the synthetic resin and the metal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
