HIGH VELOCITY OXY-FUEL(HVOF) SPRAY COATING PROCESS OF MICRON-SIZED CO-ALLOY(T800) POWDER, CAPABLE OF ENHANCING THE DURABILITY OF A HIGH VELOCITY ROTATOR, SUCH AS AN AIR BEARING SPINDLE
PURPOSE: A high velocity oxy-fuel(HVOF) spray coating process of micron-sized Co-alloy(t800) powder is provided to enhance the durability of a material through the decreases of the quantity of wear and the frictional coefficient by a coating layer.;CONSTITUTION: The spray condition of a high velocity oxy-fuel(HVOF) spray coating process of micron-sized Co-alloy(t800) powder is an O2 gas flow of 38~42FMR. The H2 gas flow of the spray condition is 65~70FMR. The powder supply rate of the spray condition is 30g/min. 30g / min.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
