METHOD OF A MANUFACTURING FUNCTIONAL POWDER TEA USING CHRYSANTHEMUM INDICUM, CHRYSANTHEMUM BOREALE OR CHRYSANTHEMUM SIBIRICUM OF THE FUNCTIONALITY POWDER TEA USING THE FLOWER SITE OF COMPOSITE

PURPOSE: A method of a manufacturing functional powder tea using chrysanthemum indicum, chrysanthemum boreale or chrysanthemum sibiricum of the functionality power tea using the flower site of composite is provided to minimize the change of the active ingredient.;CONSTITUTION: A flower site of composite is collected and pre-processed. The soluble solid is concentrated. The flower site is dried after adding excipient in the condensed products. After shattering to pieces the flower site dried in freezing to 50~70 mesh, it adds the distilled water 900~1100mL per the mill sample 40~60g. The solid content to the rotary vacuum evaporator so that 5~20 brix be in concentration. Excipient is the mixture of maltodextrine and dextrin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
