A credit opening system of a seller for verifying stability of a transaction through personal credit of a representative, a comprehensive evaluation of a sales result, and a civil application/dispute fact is provided to make a intuitive determination of a personal consumer possible by distinguishing a visual form of a certification mark, verifying stability of the transaction in different side, and blocking an online fraud transaction in advance. A credit opening system of seller for verifying stability of transaction through personal credit of the representative, a sales result and a comprehensive evaluation comprises followings: a service registration module(110) recording target entrepreneur information in an entrepreneur database; an evaluation component aggregation module(120) which includes financial information, civil application/trouble information and the sales result colleting non financial information; an entrepreneur evaluation module(140) determining a credit grade; a certification mark administration module(150) giving the certification mark; and an information opening module(160) offering the credit grade and basic opening information through a permanent address of the certification mark which is given to an online shopping mall.
