PURPOSE: A construction method of environment-friendly riverside using an environment-friendly net fixing device is provided to prevent contamination around the riverside by preventing the net from floating. CONSTITUTION: An incline of river is stepped to be flat(100). A natural net is established on a construction target slope(200). A plurality of net fixing devices is established on the natural net(300). Seeds are mixed with soil(400). The seed and soil covers the construction target slope(500).
