An environment-friendly rainwater gutter and a construction method thereof are provided to block that the bad smell within the connection pipe is diffused to atmosphere. A construction method of an environment-friendly rainwater gutter comprises a step which excavates the floor of the target ground at a certain depth; a step which sets up the environment-friendly rainwater gutter(S) on the excavating part; a step which fastens the connection pipe(30) in the side of the environment-friendly rainwater gutter; a step which injects mortar into the environment-friendly rainwater gutter and connection pipe through an injection nozzle(60) and welds it; and a step which installs a grating(20) in the top thereof.
