An outsole structure for masai walking health footwear is provided, in which the finger-pressure effect of the arch type occurs. An outsole structure for masai walking health footwear comprises: a midsole which is formed in the swollen arch shape of the curved surface and in which the angle of inclination of a heel is 25~45 degrees; a gusset plate shank(60) in which the front shank(62) and rear shank(64) are combined with the connection plate(70); an insole which is mounted on the top of the midsole and is made of the non-woven fabric with hardness of 25~30; and an outsole in which the angle of inclination of heel is 25~45 degrees.
