PURPOSE: A concrete block with a space and a manufacturing method thereof, a steel frame beam using the concrete block and a construction method thereof are provided to improve working efficiency by easily by easily hoisting a steel frame beam.;CONSTITUTION: A concrete block(300) with a space comprises a block body, a receiving groove, reinforcing bars(330), and fixtures(400). The block body accepts stiffeners(200) fixed to an I-beam(100), and forms a space. The receiving groove penetrates through the block body, and accepts the I-beam.
