METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL CONCRETE FOR WATER AND ENVIRONMENT PURIFICATION, CAPABLE OF EFFECTIVELY PURIFYING WATER AND ENVIRONMENTS USING NATURAL ZEOLITE, SYNTHETIC ZEOLITE, A CALCIUM TYPE OF ARTFICIAL ZEOLITE, AND ACTIVATED CARBON
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing highly functional concrete for water and environment purification is provided to reduce environmental contamination using natural zeolite, synthetic zeolite, a calcium type of artificial zeolite, and an advanced fiber material and to improve the strength and durability of concrete.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing highly functional concrete for water and environment purification uses blast furnace slag cement, fly ash cement, and normal Portland cement as a binding material. The method uses river gravel and crushed stone having a KS standard of 5-13mm, 13-25mm, and 25-40mm as thick aggregates. The mixing proportion of water and the binding material is 16-45% and porous proportion is 5-31%. Natural zeolite, synthetic zeolite, a calcium type of artificial zeolite, and activated carbon are used in 0.05-3.5 parts by weight based on the binding material 100.0 parts by weight to maximize water and environment purification.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
