THE SOUND-ABSORBING TYPE COLOR BILLBOARD FOR SOUNDPROOF WALLS, BILLBOARD AND THIS CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE

PURPOSE: A sound-absorbing color billboard and a construction method thereof are provided to improve advertising effectiveness and decorative effectiveness by forming a color board on an existing soundproof wall. CONSTITUTION: A sound-absorbing color billboard comprises a concrete foundation, H beam, a soundproof wall(W), a first guard rail, a first color board, and a lamp. Multiple H beams are vertically fixed on the concrete basement part at regular intervals. Multiple soundproof walls are installed between the H beams and comprise the soundproof plate with sound-absorbing holes. The first guard rail is fixed on the soundproof plate or the H beam by a bolt(B) and comprises upper and lower flanges and a web. The first color board is fixed to the upper side of the upper flange by the bolt. The lamp is attached to the first color board and the rear side of the first color board.
