PURPOSE: A method for re-adjusting automatically reduction or withdrawal percentage to credit receivable of a credit card member store according to fluctuation of converted sales is provided to change a discount rate or recovery rate according to variation of receivables from a credit card company and perform collect on delivery according to the sale condition thereby realizing stable and efficient repayment. CONSTITUTION: A system server grasps request content of a client like credit card member store. The system server collects data and history about credit card sale from a credit card member store terminal, a value added network company server or a credit card company server through wire, wireless, dedicated line or the internet(S20,S30). The system server provides calculated amount calculated by applying of discount rate and recovery rate according to credit card sales and conversion sales as credit(S40,S50).
