A system for managing an electronic document, a management method thereof, and a recording medium storing a program performing the method are provided to supply an electronic document verification document from an electronic document storage to a user without respect to time and space. A user uses an electronic document verification document through a user terminal(110). An electronic document storage server(130) is connected to the user server(120) through various wired and wireless networks(140). The electronic document storage server processes various requests of a user server. The user server and the electronic document storage server have associated interface modules. The associated interface module performs security transfer of an electronic document verification document.
