PURPOSE: A production method of UV-visible light photocatalytic Tio2 is provided to allow a user to manufacture an tiO2 optical catalyst sensitive to ultraviolet ray and visible ray. CONSTITUTION: A production method of UV-visible light photocatalytic Tio2 is comprised of the steps: heat-treating titanium which is a thin film or powder under methane gas and oxygen atmosphere; and inputting methane gas and oxygen after removing air through a thermal process or purge. The volume ratio of the oxygen to the methane gas is 0.1~10%.
